Please note we are still experiencing some delays in posting due to Covid, particularly on international shipments
• All orders placed before 3.30pm will be sent next day.
• All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48hr service.
• All international parcels are sent Tracked International
Shipping Costs:
Standard UK shipping - £2.95, free on orders over £30 (approx 3-5 working days)
Express UK shipping - £4.95 (approx 2-3 working days)
Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday for orders placed before 1pm) - £9.95
International tracked shipping - £9.95 - Worldwide
Worldwide shipping times vary, expect around 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier
- If a parcel is returned undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, then the cost of redelivery is the buyer's responsibility
- The buyer is responsible for any customs charges possibly incurred when buying from abroad.
Update: Covid and Shipping
Your item may take a little longer to get to you than normal, shipping times are not guaranteed. Royal Mail are experiencing unprecedented volumes of post and have less staff than usual. Please be patient when waiting for you order. Worldwide international shipping usually takes 7-14 days however due to reduced international flights it may experience further delays, please allow up to 21 days.
VAT, Freight and Customs Charges
All prices given on emmasemporium.org include VAT unless otherwise is stated. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. Emma's Emporium reserves the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur.
All prices given on the Website are exclusive of freight costs, custom fees and other applicable duties or fees. Please note that on orders outside the EU, custom charges may apply at your expense.
